Specialties inlude restructuring and reviving stalled projects, implementing processes and procedures to migrate Waterfall to Agile methodologies, and reviewing organizations to determine where improvements can be made and assisting clients to help make those changes. Lately, AI technologies have become a focus, realizing the value that can be delivered by leveraging data for technical and business strategies.
