The McCarthy Group of Colorado has pursued many endeavors and passions, working in a vast array of industries including technologies, science, education, finance and accounting, consulting, and writing. This breadth of experience allows for work with companies in all departments and divisions identifying opportunities, evaluating root causes of problems, and cooperatively reaching solutions to create the greatest value for your organization.
How We Work?
The McCarthy Group of Colorado has evolved into two segments: IT Project and Program and Health and Wellness Consulting. We have improved the performancer of teams from three to seventy-five, with budgets into the millions of dollars. Along with delivering projects exceeding expectations of clients and customers, SDLC methodologies have been improved, PMOs created and implemented, and troubled projects revived from technical and procedural issues. The goal has always been consistent: constant improvement to provide value through state-of-the-art technologies.
How Do I Do What I Do?
The key to success is the deep understanding of the basics driving technical processes and procedures.
We work with people from all teams and organization to understand the goals and issues of theorganization. Roadblocks are identified, root causes identified, solutions crafted, and fixes implemented that best serve the projects and program. All teams are consulted to coordinate responsibilities and build commitment throughout the organization. Final reviews confirm that opinions and concerns have been addressed, building greater trust and commitment to ensure the successful execution.
Focusing on team members success during and after the project, while respecting their skills and opinions, allows people to create greater value throughout the organization.
